As promised, your logo is attached for use in your marketing materials and email signature. Below, you’ll find the logo usage instructions. Please take a moment to review them and ensure your team is familiar with the guidelines.

Your Supplier Award Winner Trophy will be presented to you at the Supplier Summit in Philadelphia. If you are unable to join us at the Summit, please let us know and we will arrange for the trophy to be shipped directly to you.

2025 Global Supplier Excellence Awad Logo Usage and Guidelines
Congratulations and thank you for a job well done! Based on superb performance, your company has received a 2025 Global Supplier Excellence Award. Your organization is part of an elite group. As a recipient of the Global Supplier Excellence Award, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Personalized Global Supplier Excellence Award
- Inclusion in the Magnit press release naming the winners
- Expansion opportunities into additional Magnit customer programs
- Dedicated support from the Magnit Supplier Engagement team
- Use of the Global Supplier Excellence Award logo in your marketing materials
Approved Award Logo Uses
The Global Supplier Excellence Award logo can be used in electronic media. As an award winner, you have permission to post the logo electronically within the formats as noted. Permission from the Magnit Supplier Relations team is required before using the logo in any media not listed in these guidelines. Note: In the event that your organization undergoes a merger or acquisition, the Global Supplier Excellence Award designation and logo remain historically active under the originating company name.
As a Global Supplier Excellence Award winner, the following types of media are approved for use:
- Electronic media: press releases
- Electronic white papers or case studies
- Email signatures
- Electronic presentations
- Company website content: About Us, FAQ, or other area where it is appropriate to add copy about your staffing support, niche competencies, and the like.
Use of the logo is as provided. Variances, changes, modifications, or alterations to the format of the logo requires written permission from the Magnit Supplier Relations team.

Logo Usage Request
Use of the logo for media other than that listed in this document requires written permission from the Magnit Supplier Relations team. To request permission, please complete the Global Supplier Excellence Award Marketing Request Form and submit to supplierrelations@magnitglobal.com. Caution: Unpermitted use of the logo may result in disqualification from the Global Supplier Excellence Award program.
